We experienced the best of the best at this hotel. I thank the staffs for being so approachable. We are so satisfied from the delicious food served at the buffet breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and we had the best time experiencing the acacia wave pool. I would definitely rate it 10/10 and will surely stay at this hotel again.

Very decent place, a great value. Easy trike ride to SM for every thing you need, far enough off the main drag to be quiet. Food is OK, all staff is pleasant, pool is decent. We will stay again and have already recommended.

First time I checked in to this hotel. Pros: ❤️ The interior looks clean, and the staff are nice and friendly. ❤️ The towels look clean, white, and smell good ! ❤️ The room looks clean and true to what they advertise. ❤️ Provided basic necessities such as coffee, electric kettle, cookies, toothbrushes, and sleepers. ❤️Good wifi connection. Cons 💔 While it is closer to SM, the availability of public transport is limited (just tuktuk (tricycle) 💔 Walkable to SM(shopping centre), but the road has no sufficient lighting at night time

Beautiful place.|Nice front desk, restaurant and housekeeping.|Room clean no insect. Smells good.|Refrigerator, TV, AIrcon and hot water are perfectly working. Lot’s of parking lot. Bacolod city is easy to get Grab and taxi. Pool wave is big and warm water.|Near Merzci pastries, 7eleven, SM mall, Manukan country, and other eatery.
